The outlet pipe diameter can be selected from 6 to 35 pipes, with three specifications available: 15, 20, and 25. It supports both flange and threaded connections, providing reliable assurance for smooth coal powder conveyance.

Product Description and Structural Features: The PSFPQ disc-type pulverized coal distributor is a key equipment in blast furnace coal injection systems for the average distribution and conveyance of pulverized coal. Our newly developed distributor not only incorporates the advantages of various previous types but also integrates advanced foreign technologies. It features a conical design and has effectively replaced older bottle-type, disc-type, and ball-type distributors. Traditional bottle-type and disc-type distributors typically have horizontally distributed branch pipes. However, in coal injection systems, the conveyance of pulverized coal by airflow under certain pressure causes significant wear on the equipment. Previous distributors suffered from various issues, such as throat structures leading to high resistance, unreasonable internal cavity designs causing pulsation during coal powder passage, unstable coal injection volumes, uneven distribution, and severe equipment wear.
Our new pulverized coal distributor was designed with a clear understanding of these issues and addresses them effectively. The product consists of a main pipe, a body (including cone-type, disc-type, and bottle-type designs), and various branch pipes uniformly distributed above the body. The cone-type design features branch pipes arranged at elevated angles (such as 90 or 120 degrees), with coal injection branch pipes (e.g., 8, 10, or 12 pipes) evenly distributed around the upper part of the distributor body. The lower end of the distributor connects to one end of the main coal conveying pipe, while the upper branch pipes connect to individual pulverized coal lances.
This product is manufactured from carbon steel structural components with precise processing and high geometric accuracy. The conical inner cavity has a simple structure, small volume, lightweight, and is easy to maintain. The inner cavity is ingeniously designed, with the total outlet area of the branch pipes being similar to the inlet channel area. When a high-pressure solid-gas flow enters the inner cavity, it forms a strong vortex that tightly envelops the pulverized coal and evenly distributes it to each branch pipe. This design minimizes pulsation during conveyance, ensuring stable and reliable injection that fully meets the user's desired flow requirements. More importantly, the coal powder flows through the distributor without swirling or pulsation, guaranteeing precise and stable coal injection.
Under the precise control of our distributor, the accuracy of coal injection volume at each tuyere can reach ±3% of the large injection volume, ensuring uniform combustion in the raceway around the blast furnace hearth. The fluid velocity in the pulverized coal distributor matches that in the pipeline, resulting in minimal wear and a long service life. Additionally, this coal injection distributor has no throat structure, reducing resistance loss and avoiding issues such as throat clogging and decreased distribution accuracy due to uneven throat wear.
